About Me
My name is Neal Harper and I can provide you with most aspects of handyman services. Based in Bovingdon near Hemel Hempstead, I cover all nearby locations.
I don’t charge for quotations or estimates. I’m happy to visit you at a time that is convenient to you, including weekends. If your job is small (hanging a picture or blind) I may be able to do it right then.
My rates are always competitive and I can charge by the hour (my minimum charge), a half-day rate or a full day rate. For larger jobs I'll be happy to provide you with per job quotation.
